No matter how meticulously you plan every detail, in events, you’re always preparing for Plan B, C, and D – and I thrive on the challenge of solving those unexpected issues. From the initial spark of an idea to the final execution, I find a deep sense of pride in turning concepts into impactful, unforgettable experiences.

But it’s more than just logistics and planning; it’s about the human connections that make every event memorable. Whether I’m engaging with companies, speaking with visitors, or coordinating with delegates from around the world, I thrive on creating experiences that leave lasting impressions. Some of my most rewarding moments have been delivering standout exhibitions in the defence, security, and aerospace sectors – events like DSEI, Farnborough International Airshow, SOFEX, IT2EC, and The Royal International Air Tattoo. These experiences have shaped my career and underscored my commitment to excellence.
